Mint Personal Finance allows users to track, budget, and manage their money all in one place. After registering for a free, secure account with, users add their bank, credit, loan, and retirement accounts, from which the website pulls and categorizes transaction data. The website and apps sync to provide accurate transaction data, and allow users to add transactions manually, set bill alerts, and monitor cash flow or large transactions. The site creates a customized budget for each user that is based on their common transactions. The app requires phone call permission when viewing information about the WiFi hotspot, however, it will not make calls unless the user specifically requests it.
