Suzanne Soliman, PharmD, founder of the Pharmacist Moms Group, talks about her hopes for the future of the online community. This video was filmed at the 2019 Cardinal Health Retail Business Conference in Nashville.

Suzy Soliman, PharmD: So my vision for the group is really for women in pharmacy to show how brave we are, rather than focusing on being perfect, just showing that we are really brave and what amazing things women in pharmacy can do. I've always been extremely passionate about pharmacy and my background is in academia, so I love pharmacy. I'm extremely excited for the future and where it's headed. And I think with this group, with Pharmacist Moms, that we can really spearhead and make a lot of positive changes and positive impacts in pharmacy. We are looking to make a lot of changes for women in the profession so that we have a more suitable work environment, and also professional help or personal help, as well. So there's a lot of goals out there, and if you go to our website you can find more about us and actually what we're doing right now.
