Indication: The FDA approved Rayos (prednisone) delayed-release tablets as an anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive agent for a variety of conditions, including certain allergic, dermatologic, gastrointestinal, hematologic, ophthalmologic, respiratory, renal, nervous system, rheumatologic, and specific infectious diseases or conditions, as well as organ transplantation. The recommended dose is 160 mg orally once daily for the first 21 days of each 28-day cycle. It should be taken with a low-fat breakfast. Stivarga carries a boxed warning against hepatotoxicity.

Zaltrap is administered as a 4-mg/kg IV infusion and never as an IV push or bolus. It carries a boxed warning against the risks of gastrointestinal perforation and compromised wound healing.

The product is indicated for the maintenance treatment of asthma as prophylactic therapy in adult and pediatric patients 6 years and older. It is also indicated for patients with asthma who require oral corticosteroid therapy, where adding Aerospan may reduce or eliminate the need for oral corticosteroids.
