Customers who approach the pharmacy counter while talking on their cell phones and then apologize to the person to whom they are talking because the pharmacist needs to speak to them.
Patience, Anyone? When a customer leaves a refill bottle at the dropoff area and immediately goes to the register.
Know-It-All Nurse. When my technician asks a customer, “Do you have any questions for the pharmacist?” and she responds, “No, I’m a nurse.”
Unreasonable Expectations. When a customer says, “My doctor said it would only be $4.00!”
