What Management Options are Available for Independent Pharmacists?

Jim Springer: What we do, essentially, is encourage those independents to sit and speak with us about those challenges. Where are they at in terms of their thought process, are they ready to do battle, are they in the point their careers, as Chris alluded to, so many of them are into that 60s and 70s age bracket where they may not have the energy to fight this battle anymore? At that point, we'd like to get into discussions with them to let them know there are options out there. They've have his business that's got this value, and certainly enough value to potentially carry them on for the rest of their life, if they manage it appropriately, and we're here to help them manage that process.
