Change in Roche Board of Directors

Dame DeAnne Julius (66), Member of the Board of Directors since 2002, has decided that she will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the AGM in 2016.

Roche (SIX: RO, ROG; OTCQX: RHHBY) announced today that Dame DeAnne Julius (66), Member of the Board of Directors since 2002, has decided that she will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors at the AGM in 2016. The Board decided that Mrs Julie Brown (53), Chief Financial Officer of Smith & Nephew plc, will be nominated for election as a new member of the Board of Directors by the AGM in 2016.
