Rx 1: When Lori VanDevender, PharmD, and Nicole Wheelus, CPhT, of CVS Pharmacy in Talladega, Alabama, got this prescription, the drug name and directions gave them trouble. They were especially stumped by the "W" on this scribbled Rx, and had to call the nurse, who straightened it out.
