Acetaminophen Helps Death Fears

Acetaminophen may be able to treat fear and anxiety of death, according to a study published online on April 11, 2013, by Psychological Science. Participants were given acetaminophen or a placebo while completing activities designed to create feelings of existential dread, such as writing about death. Those who took acetaminophen were less anxious than the placebo group.
