Melissa Johnson, PharmD, and Pharmacy Technician Melissa Mitrisin, of Kerr Drug #502 in Benson, NC, were at a loss when this prescription came into the pharmacy. Aside from the illegible handwriting, the staff had to deal with a random line through the prescription, which made it even harder to read. In an effort to fill the prescription quickly for the patient, Dr. Johnson called the prescribing physician?s office for clarification. Can you decipher this messy script?
