can you READ these Rxs?
Melissa Johnson, PharmD, and Pharmacy Technician Melissa Mitrisin, of Kerr Drug #502 in Benson, NC, were at a loss when this prescription came into the pharmacy. In an effort to fill the prescription quickly for the patient, Dr. Johnson called the prescribing physician?s office for clarification. Can you decipher this messy script?
