Peter Justin Strickland, PharmD, of Bradford Drug Store in Cedartown, Ga, was stumped when the patient dropped off this script. Although he was confident he knew what medication the physician ordered, Dr. Strickland was unsure of the strength and dose. A call to the prescribing physician's office cleared up the confusion.
