Can you read these Rxs?

Rx 1: Adrián Røbles,CPhT, and other staff at a CVS Health in Santa Ana, California, were stumped by this poorly written prescription. Can you decipher it?

A: Synthroid 100 mcg 1 qd

Rx 2: Shiela Narayan, RPh; Christina Tucker, CPhT; and Perry Chu, RPh, of Sav-on Pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada, were completely perplexed by this strange-looking prescription. Can you guess what it says?

A: Levaquin 500 mg, PO qd x 10 days #10
