Ed King: "So, we did a session today called destination retailing, and it's about making your store a happy habit. So, it's what can we do inside the store, before you get in the store, after you leave the store, to build this preference so that people want to come back to your store again and again."

Laura Davis Taylor: "It's really based on the two things that are really trying in retail right now. The first one is Amazon creeping in, and the second one is millenials, the younger generation, and there different, highly expected, desires of what they get out of a store."
