You know the one thing we’re very proud of at PantheRx is the level of care that we provide our patients. In fact, we’ve changed how we manage our patient populations into what we call rare care teams and these rare care teams deliver white glove service to our patients. You know, sometimes patients get very frustrated when they call a pharmacy or specialty pharmacy and get a phone tree, at PantheRx you don’t get that. You actually talk to a live person and very often the same person, and because of this level of care we provide these patients we’ve received, again, another national award for patient satisfaction and that’s only a reflection of the level of support that each one of our associates delivers to our patients.
