"I think it’s important to look at specialty pharmacy and how they offer services to all of the channel partners and stakeholders---pharmacy that is very effective at meeting the patient’s expectations as well as the prescriber’s expectations, making it easy. Also, a specialty pharmacy has to have the technology that is able to scale with all of these partners, especially when we look at data and how important that data is at creating information. How much can you push, how much can you pull in the form of that technology to look at all of the stakeholders is extremely important."
