Patients who ask us to prioritize their prescriptions because they have to hurry home to watch a sports game.

EVERYTHING BUT THAT

When patients ask us to refill all of their prescriptions without specifying which ones they need, but then angrily return a few that they claim they didn’t request.

BLISSFUL IGNORANCE

When patients ask me for advice only to ignore me when I tell them something they don’t want to hear.
