BEING TREATED LIKE A PRICE CHECKER.
When patients ask how much a new prescription medication costs and expect us to magically know just by looking at it.
IT’S NOT A WALK-THROUGH WINDOW.
I don’t mind bicyclists at the drive-through, but I do mind people just walking up. If you’re not in/on a vehicle, you should come inside.
UNDERVALUED.
Being reimbursed by payers below my cost.
CHECK OUT THAT ATTITUDE.
Some customers with too much in their cart get annoyed when the pharmacy staff politely asks them to go to the front checkout.
What’s bothering you? Bossy patients, abandoned prescriptions, drive-thrus? Pharmacy Times wants to know. Send your pet peeves to PetPeeves@pharmacytimes.com. We’ll add them to our ongoing published list. Share your Pet Peeves with Pharmacy Times today!
