Rx 1: This turned out to be an order for a tb skin test.
Rx 2: Nebulizer #1, use 3 to 4 times daily PRN; Xopenex 1.25 mg/3-mL solution #1 box, use 1 vial via nebulizer TID PRN, 3 refills
