INDICATION: The FDA has approved Aurobindo’s abbreviated new drug application for tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets, an AB-rated generic equivalent to Viread. Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets are indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B.

INDICATION: Amneal has launched budesonide capsules, 3 mg, an AB-rated equivalent to Entocort EC.
