Indication: OTC sleep aids may help treat an occasional sleepless night. However, most OTC sleep aids contain antihistamines and tolerance to their sedative effects can develop with consistent use. Further, medication interactions are possible, therefore, consult a health care provider regarding the effect on other medications or underlying conditions.
Insight:
- Active ingredients: Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg
- Do not use with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin.
- Avoid alcoholic drinks.
- Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and over take 1 softgel (50 mg) at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a physician.
- Storage: Store at 15°-30°C (59°-86°F)
