Rx 1 A patient brought this prescription to a Rite Aid pharmacy in Schenectady, New York, where Michelle Pallotta, RPh, made a valiant attempt to decode it. When all her educated guesses led to dead ends, Michelle knew it was time to pick up the phone and call the physician.

Rx 2 Mysterious scribblings abound in this prescription submitted by Tina Stringer, RPh, of Bowen Pharmacy in Dothan, Alabama. Tina and her team tried to figure it out on their own, but with so many half-written, sideways letters, this script was a lost cause from the start.
