This sloppy script baffled Michele Pallotta, RPh, of Rite Aid Pharmacy in Schenectady, New York. She couldn’t proceed with dispensing until the physician’s office returned her call.

The drug name on this prescription was just not decipherable to Adrienne Janke, PharmD, from CVS Pharmacy in Carmel, Indiana, and her technician, Jenny. They had to call the prescriber for clarification.
