From: Bausch + Lomb

Biotrue Hydration Boost Contact Lens Rehydrating Drops are the first preservative-free hydrating drops in a multidose bottle indicated to lubricate and rewet soft contact lenses, including daily disposables, and rigid gas permeables, according to a Bausch + Lomb news release. The news release noted that the solution “contains a combination of naturally inspired ingredients informed by the Tear Film and Ocular Surface Society’s [Dry Eye Workshop] II Report.” The drops contain hyaluronan, a moisturizer found in tears; electrolytes, a component of natural tears; and an antioxidant that protects hyaluronan against free radicals. The drops also contain a surfactant that helps prevent deposit buildup on lenses and matches the pH of healthy tears to ensure comfort.
