AHIP, GPHA Applaud Supreme Court Decision to Preserve Inter Partes Review
America's Health Insurance Plans President and CEO Marilyn Tavenner and Generic Pharmaceutical Association President and CEO Chip Davis released a joint statement praising today's decision by the Supreme Court in Cuozzo v. Lee. AHIP and GPhA's filed a joint amicus brief in the case recognizing the inter partes review as a critical consumer protection against abusive patent activity in the prescription drug market.

Lee. AHIP and GPhA's filed a joint amicus brief in the case recognizing the inter partes review (IPR) as a critical consumer protection against abusive patent activity in the prescription drug market.
