NYCOMED MERGES WITH BRADLEY PHARMACEUTICALS

Nycomed US Inc recently completed its acquisition of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, a company focused on niche therapeutic markets in the United Sates. Nycomed will expand the line of dermatology products currently offered through its PharmaDerm Division. The company also expects that the purchase will provide an enhanced platform for in-licensing and copromotion of dermatology products.
