Registered Pharmacist Asma Ali and Gina Cannizzaro, CPhT, of Goldin Pharmacy in Haledon, NJ, were perplexed by this prescription. Part of the writing resembled what a physician may see on an electrocardiogram. Instead of spending time trying to decipher this script, the staff faxed the order to the prescribing physician's office for clarification.
