Indication: The FDA has approved Vraylar, an atypical antipsychotic, for the treatment of schizophrenia and acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes associated with bipolar I disorder. The recommended starting dose for the treatment of schizophrenia or bipolar mania is 1.5 mg/day.

Indication: The FDA has expanded the use of Spiriva Respimat (tiotropium bromide inhalation spray) to include long-term, once-daily maintenance treatment of asthma in patients 12 years and older. The recommended dosage for this indication is 2 inhalations of 1.25 mcg once daily.
Dosage Form: Inhalation spray: 1.25 mcg tiotropium per actuation with the Spiriva Respimat inhaler; 2 actuations equal 1 dose (2.5 mcg)
