RAGBRAI 2018 Recap: The Journey is Completed

The #RollinRx team had a great stop at Pharmacy on 8th in Wellman, Iowa, where they connected with Tess De Jesus- Roetlin. They had the pleasure of meeting her family, and hearing about how she cares for the citizens of Wellman.
Unfortunately, the #RollinRx team didn’t get to meet the staff at Wester Drug in Wilton, since the pharmacy was closed, but spirits are still high as they rolled towards Davenport.
The Iowa Pharmacy Association team with Pharmacy Times Editor-in-chief Troy Trygsted stopped to regroup with 5 miles left in their ride. Trygsted relaxed with Dean Letendre, Sarah Cashman, and Sharon Cashman before the entire group completed the ride together.
The #RollinRx team ended their RAGBRAI journey in Davenport, Iowa. These mobile pharmacists complete more then 500 miles on the road, stopping for visits at dozens of local pharmacies, and assisting fellow riders along the way with their over-the-counter needs.
