One-Trick Phonies: Patients who won’t get off their phones when we’re trying to speak to them or give them their prescriptions.

Bad Timing: When patients come to pick up a prescription only 10 minutes after we tell them that it will be ready in an hour.

Vacation Requests: Patients who ask for free pills to get them through a vacation.

Unfriendly Competition: Pharmacists at competing pharmacies who give us a hard time when patients try to switch their prescriptions to our store.
