Texting Troubles: When they get a text message that says would you like to refill your prescription and they say they got a text that they have something ready.

Puzzled Patient: Drop off prescriptions at the consultation window.

You Know the Drill: When regular customers come to the window for a pick up and say what do you need from me. You know the routine stop it.
