Coupon clippers, smoke blowers, and other annoyances you encounter.
Coupon Clippers: The patient says, "I have five discount cards, which one gives me the cheapest price?"
Blowing Smoke: With cigarette smoke billowing into the drive-thru window, the patient is requesting their albuterol refill.
Dazed and Confused: When a patient appears completely baffled as to how a control prescription is multiple days early and they have no medication.
Patients Who Lack Patience: The patient syas, "I watched my doctor phone this prescription to you. Why isn't it ready?"
