Rx 1: Jessica D’Silva, who is a pharmacy manager in Florida recently wrote us about this “painful script” that she recently received at her pharmacy. Can you read it?
Rx 2: Adrienne Janke, PharmD, at CVS Pharmacy in Carmel, Indiana, and her technician, Jenny, had to call the prescriber to clarify this prescription. Can you read what it says?
