Pharmacy Times announces its third annual essay contest: In 500 words or less, describe "Why I Became a Pharmacist." Or address the theme in a YouTube video of 3 minutes or shorter.

In honor of American Pharmacists Month, Pharmacy Times announces its third annual essay contest: In 500 words or less, describe “Why I Became a Pharmacist.” The winning essay will be published in our January 2014 issue—and 2 runners-up will be published on PharmacyTimes.com. For the first time, we will also be accepting video entries. Videos should be 3 minutes long or less. Just upload your video to YouTube and send us a link. The authors of the winning essay and video will each be rewarded with a $100 gift card.

Entries can be emailed to dweiss@pharmacytimes.com or mailed to Daniel Weiss, Pharmacy Times, 666 Plainsboro Road, Building 300, Plainsboro, NJ 08536. Be sure to include your name, place of employment, and your phone number or e-mail address. All entries must be emailed or postmarked by Monday, November 18, 2013.
