The handwriting of this prescription that Rosemarie Alcamo, RPh, saw at Richmond Pharmacy and Surgical Inc in Staten Island, New York, made it quite a puzzler.

Can you figure it out?

When Alfred Lawson, RPh, staff pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Fredericksburg, Virginia, saw this prescription, he found it a bit of a challenge to decipher.

ANSWERS

Rx 1: Albuterol spray (inhaler)--2 puffs 15 minutes before exercise.

Rx 2: Flexeril 10 mg #30, sig 1 PO bedtime PRN.
