Sleepiness During Meetings

Are you curious as to why individuals fall asleep at business meetings? Boredom may notbe the reason. A survey of 1000 professionals showed that 25% of them admitted to fallingasleep in a meeting because of sleep deprivation, and 70% thought that they were less productiveafter traveling. Of the survey respondents, almost 1 in 5 had a presentation go badlyor lost business because of poor sleep due to air travel. British Airways and Research Internationalconducted the survey during the recent National Sleep Awareness Week.
