CAN YOU READ THESE Rxs?
Rx One:Registered Pharmacist Ryan Glaze, of Target Pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio, knows the drill when prescriptions from this physician's office come into the pharmacy. Saying that this physician's handwriting is "always hard to decipher,"he called the physician's office for clarification. The nurse even had trouble telling what the physician wrote in the chart as directions. Can you make heads or tails of this prescription?
Rx Two: This prescription completely perplexed Registered Pharmacist Dilesh Patel, of Hillcrest Pharmacy in Pennsauken, NJ. He spent several minutes trying to translate this prescription. After calling the physician's office for assistance, Patel also had to fax the prescription in order to get the correct script. Did this prescription stump you?
