The article on Home DiagnosticKits in the September 2004 issue ofPharmacy Times should have saidthat the FDA has cleared home testingkits for consumer use.
The article on Fluoroquinolonesin the September issue should havereferred to nalidixic acid as aquinolone.
An error in editing resulted in misinformationin the article, Statins andDiabetes (October 2004). The tableshould have said that there are currently6 statins on the market. Ezetimibe(Zetia) and the combination productezetimibe/simvastatin (Vytorin)should not have been included.
