High School Sleep Curriculum Is Available

The National Center on Sleep Disorders Research and the National Institutes ofHealth Office of Science Education has developed a sleep curriculum module gearedtoward grades 9-12. Topics include the process of sleep and biological rhythms andpotential consequences of sleep deprivation. A Web-based technology segmentprovides interactivity and simulations, and built-in assessment tools are included witheach lesson.
