Rx 1: Pharmacist Michelle Kwan and Pharmacy Technician Jeannie at Shoppers Pharmacy in Franconia, Virginia, were perplexed by this scribbled prescription. Can you read it?

Rx 2: Pharmacy Manager Linda Wessel, RPh, of Trinity Retail Pharmacy in Moline, Illinois, was stumped by this quickly scribbled prescription. Can you decipher it?

Answers

Rx 1: Diclofenac 0.1% eye ophthalmic solution #5 ml; one drop in right eye 4 times a day.

Rx 2: Albuterol HFH Inhaler #1. 1 puff qid PRN.
