Extremely Impatient Couponing: When patients bring in manufacturer coupons at pickup rather than drop-off and are then upset when they have to wait a few extra minutes so that we can reprocess their prescriptions.

Brand Disloyalty: Patients who insist on getting a brand name medications but don’t want to pay for them.

Dumb Questions: When a physician or nurse calls the pharmacy to see which medication that same physician recently prescribed for his patient. Isn’t that information in the patient’s chart?
