When patients park so far away from the drive-thru window that I need to do some serious stretching while practically hanging out of the window in order to hand them their prescriptions.
PICK-UP DELAYS
Patients who try to pick up a medication over a month after they dropped off the prescription and then get angry at us for putting the drug back to stock.
ANTIQUATED JOKES
When we have trouble ringing up a prescription and the patient quips, “I guess it’s free!” I haven’t heard that one a hundred times!
UNFRIENDLY COMPETITION
Pharmacists at competing pharmacies who give us a hard time when patients try to switch their prescriptions to our store.
