Neil MacKinnon, BSc(Pharm), MSc(Pharm), PhD

Neil MacKinnon, BSc(Pharm), MSc(Pharm), PhD, is dean of the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to this position, he served in state government, directing the Arizona State Office of Rural Health. Dr. MacKinnon has a BSc(Pharm) from Dalhousie University, an MSc(Pharm) and a residency from the University of Wisconsin, a PhD in pharmacy health care administration, and a Harkness Fellowship in international health policy from the Commonwealth Fund. His scholarship is mainly related to enhancing the safety and quality of the medication-use system.
