Louis Czaja, PharmD, CGP

Louis Czaja, PharmD, CGP, has more than 15 years of experience as a practicing pharmacist. After a long career in retail pharmacy management, he decided to shift gears to a more clinical focus. Dr. Czaja attained a certification in geriatric pharmacy in 2014 and applies this new knowledge to Medication Therapy Management in various practice settings. He is also a certified immunizer and certified travel immunization consultant, as well as a preceptor to students at Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy.
