Alexander Niyazov, PharmD, MPH, CPH, BCPS

Alexander Niyazov, PharmD, MPH, CPH, BCPS, received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Long Island University (LIU) and Master of Public Health from Columbia University. He has worked as a pediatric oncology pharmacist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, assistant director of pharmacy at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, and pharmacy supervisor at Westchester Medical Center. He has served as an adjunct professor in Kaplan University’s School of Health Sciences since 2009. Dr. Niyazov also serves as an adjunct assistant professor in LIU’s Arnold
