Kathryn Kreider, DNP, FNP-BC, BC-ADM: As far as treatment options, we know that psychoeducation is very helpful. So, that means education related to mood, motivation, problem solving, coping. That really ties back to the actual problem which is that patients are feeling overwhelmed, so dealing with that directly is really an effective treatment.
