The medication (Lot Number 340353F, expiration October 2018) was distributed to customers in the United States and Australia. Inhalation of a nonsterile product with microbial contamination can increase the risk of respiratory infection, particularly in patients who are immunocompromised, according to a

posted to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website. The company is contacting customers by mail to arrange for return of the affected product. Adverse reactions and quality problems can be reported to the FDA
