Upcoming NCPA Items for Pharmacy Teams: December 2025

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Dec. 2, 2025) – The National Community Pharmacists Association is pleased to announce these upcoming events for pharmacists and pharmacy team members:

• Dec. 3 – CPESN® Community Connected webinar on engaging in difficult conversations around death and dying. This session will cover the end-of-life process and how pharmacies can implement clinical services to better support patients and families affected by it. Learn more and register.
• Dec. 4 – NCPA members meet Beacon MFP webinar. Starting Jan. 1, part of pharmacies’ reimbursement for the 10 drugs in the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program for 2026 will come through manufacturer refund payments. Learn how the Beacon MFP platform helps pharmacies track refund status, view claim-level data, and file good faith inquiries. Learn more and register.
• Dec. 11 – 340B-rrr: Feeling the Chill of the IRA webinar, part of our NCPA Learning Hour series. As the Inflation Reduction Act continues to reshape drug pricing and reimbursement, the 340B program finds itself in the middle of a policy snowstorm. Explore how the IRA’s provisions — especially around Medicare price negotiations and manufacturer rebates — are impacting covered entities and contract pharmacies. Learn more and register.
• Dec. 11 – New med sync coaching program informational webinar. Join us for a preview of the newly revised NCPA Innovation Center/CPESN Community Pharmacy Fellowship Program for pharmacists and technicians, launching this February, fully centered on supercharging medication synchronization programs. • Dec. 16 – Mental Health First Aid training, online. Pharmacy team members are more likely to encounter a mental health episode than a situation requiring basic life support or CPR. This live online training course will help attendees identify, understand, and respond to people in need of this assistance. Thanks to the Cardinal Health Foundation, registration is available at a reduced rate. Learn more and register by Dec. 9.
