- May 7 – Opportunities in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Part 1: Clinical Essentials and Business Strategies, part of our NCPA Learning Hour series. Capitalize on the growing demand for personalized care with a strategic deep dive into hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Walk away with dosing strategies and a clear roadmap to integrate HRT services into your practice for both clinical impact and business growth.

Learn how to operationalize Pharmacy Care at Home — from navigating CMS LTC requirements and identifying eligible patients to unlocking sustainable reimbursement through proper billing strategies.

Utilizing communication science, learn how to pause before reacting, connect with patients through empathy and curiosity, and respond professionally while supporting patient care and team well-being.

This training provides an opportunity to gain the skills and information necessary to develop a testing program for diseases such as influenza, Group A Streptococcus, HIV, Hepatitis C, coronaviruses, and chronic diseases.

- June 12-13 – Business of Long-Term Care Workshop, taking place in Alexandria, Va. This is an intensive crash course on owning and operating a long-term care pharmacy. It will help attendees get started and grow their LTC offering from a few to a few thousand patients.

An intensive two-day event for pharmacists considering pharmacy ownership or current owners looking to polish their management skills.
