Awareness of these risks allows for proactive management, helps maintain treatment adherence, and optimizes patient outcomes while minimizing serious complications. Despite longer treatment durations with datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd), high-grade toxicities were comparable to other therapies, and treatment discontinuations due to adverse events were lower.
