Gone Fishing

When a customer pulls up to the drive-through, a pharmacy employee gives them the total, and they are fishing around for exact change when they pull up.

Missed Your Shot

When a patient makes an appointment for a vaccine at the wrong store, then yells at a pharmacy employee about it.

No Need

Recommending COVID-19 boosters to patients who do not have them and they say, “Oh, no, I don’t need those. I’m fully vaccinated!”
