ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Oct. 14, 2025) – The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) and HealthShifts announced a new partnership that expands career and staffing support for community pharmacy. Through this partnership, NCPA will launch a national job board powered by HealthShifts, and members will gain access to a trusted staffing solution that supports pharmacies with flexible hiring and shift coverage.
